Pool was nice and warm and the elevator was super fast.
I didn't like the fact that people smoked right outside (I had an infant with me).

I thought the hotel staff was nice, and the hotel itself was in great shape. $14 for breakfast brunch was steap, but the pool was nice and everything was pretty solid for a 3 star hotel.

The smoking section is right outside the hotel entrance door. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. Not good for guest.

Hotel stay was good, but, it is not good to allow smoking right outside the guest entrance of the hotel. It's good that it is a smoke free hotel, but in order to get into the hotel (at the guest elevator entrance) you must past through 4 to 5 smokers. I would expect more of a three star hotel.

Hotel staff was extremely welcoming and helpful.
The breakfast buffet was not appealing, we chose to dine elsewhere.

An excellent place to stay, one of the best in Greenville.
The food and beverage prices were so high we went elsewhere to eat.

Of the dozens of times and places we've stayed in Greenville this is the second best we've ever had. Neither the Hilton nor the Hyatt Place exceeded the Crown Plaza. A few years back, the Hyatt Regency was a little better, but not now.

The indoor pool was perfect for the kids. It was cold outside.
Room service was expensive.

Nice hotel for family located in a prime area close to mall and other shopping centers.
