Everything was perfect..
Charging $9. per day to park our car.

The hotel has a great location directly on Hilton Head Island beach, and is on quiet lane well off the main road. Staff was uniformly courteous and helpful and upgraded our original room from the first floor the second floor with a garden view. Restaurant was excellent, has a early bird dinner fillet option for $22., including a glass of wine. Checkout was automatic. Small charge for internet access. read more

Charged extra for parking and internet service.

The Hilton is in an area we've stayed before, we like the formal, but informal atmosphere, however, they've made changes recently as noted above. also, the family friendly restaurant has been changed to expensive ready made stuff.

Location, size of room, and the cleanliness of the facility.
Charges for internet access and the fees for parking are a little high and parking seems limited.

Though it is nice, I do not feel it rates as a resort, more like a 3 plus star hotel. It was not quiet luxurious enough to be considered a resort.
