Easy access to downtown Charleston with good parking onsite. Quiet, nicely decorated rooms; Resort rate add on fee of $12 not acceptable.Nice private beach on harbor side.

Lovely location, rooms were a bit small but nicely decorated. If the customer assistance was a bit better
I would highly recommend the hotel. 2 of the front desk staff was very short and not willing to assist with questions.It was not that busy and there was no need to huff and puff with every question. I also witnessed this with several other customers, specifically on 4/2. I do have to commend one of the staff for his assistance for making the trip half way pleasant. ...

Overall, the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The room we had was pretty small, but that was okay for the two of us. We saw families of wet-suits handing from the railings for similarly spaced rooms however, so others may have been a little tight on space. The first thing you notice are intense colors and very 'beachy' decor... In our case most of the room was yellow. It did have an overall nice feel. We only looked at the pool but it looked nice overall and was not busy this time of year. ...
