The location of his hotel was great.

Extremely close to beach and very cheap.
Not well maintained in terms of cleanliness and working equipment in the room.
The hotel was perfectly satisfactory for the price, but you can tell that it is in the zone of only needs to be mediocre because it makes up for it by location that often happens with beach hotels.

Nothing. It was unclean.
Everything from the location to the room.
I would not recommend this hotel to any type of traveller. It was unclean and not in a desirable part of Myrtle Beach.

The location of it was very good, it was right across from the beach.
The continental breakfast only lasted til 9:30am.
The beds were not very comfortable at all. The free continental breakfast only lasted til 9:30am.

robably would not stay there again, the staff was very very nice but the hotel is in need of much repair.

Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Ceiling had mold on it. Towels had some dried globs of something on it. Smears of dirt on sheets that were supposed to be clean.

Convenient location and fair price.
Pool closed 3 times, stairwell broken, shabby area, across street from beach.
But the pool being closed 3 times during the month of August was not good. One of the stairwells broke and was closed during our stay. The AC in our room had to be fixed, which they did quickly. I thought it was oceanfront, but it was across the road. We won't be going this cheap anymore.

I really liked the room service they provided daily.
We did not like the additional parking lot to the rear of the hotel. You can not see anything that is going on back there.
The hotel is located in a nice area of Myrtle Beach. It is located close to many things so you can walk instead of drive. The room we had was perfect for us and our 3 children. We also like being able to see the ocean from the window even though it was a block back from the beach. We loved the daily room service.
