Modern, clean, convient and helpful staff.
I reserved a non-smoking room but was given a smoking room.

The hotel was modern, clean and well maintained. The only problem we encountered was having to stay in a smoking room when we had reserved a non- smoking one. The desk clerk said the hotel had over-booked the rooms. She gave us an air purifier to help with the smoky smell. It helped a lot. I would have thought that when you reserve a non-smoking room, you would get the room you reserved. read more
