Front desk staff extremely helpful.
Maid service extremely noisy, too early in the morning.

Friendly, clean, and inviting. Checked into the hotel around 2pm, and left for a meeting. Arrived back in room around 03:00 AM. I was awaken by maid service around 07:00, even knocked on the door around 10:00, even after I requested a late checkout the day before.

Wonderful service and great breakfast!
Parking wasn't wonderful but definitely not bad.

I stayed here with my mother and 5 year old daughter. I felt completely comfortable with how clean and well maintained it was. The staff was very helpful each time I had a question. My needs were met promptly and with a smile every time! Thanks Priceline for a great deal and wonderful experience!

Breakfast (said hot breakfast, but had extremely limited choice). No hot tub.

This Holiday Inn Express met my expectations in convenience and cleanliness. It is right off the interstate and very convenient to Summerville as well as Charleston, SC.

The staff was wonderful, and the room was very clean.

My 2 year old grandson and I were probably the only ones using the pool, but that was fine with us. We enjoyed it very much. The hot breakfast was Delish. I would go back in a heart beat.

The bathroom sink and shower were full of hair from someone else.

I will never stay at that hotel again. When I told the person at the front desk at check out she said that he was sorry. Nothing else.

The hot water in the room was not hot enough.

Overall the hotel was very friendly. The appearance as you walk in is very comfortable. The continental breakfast was very good especially the Hot Cinnamon Rolls. The hot water in the shower was not warm enough. Would still stay again.
