Desk person was extremely helpful with places to see on our trip east through SD.

Best pool becasue the water was super warm and not cool like others.
Very misleading as there's an over charge of $20 a night for a 2nd bed!

Very upset to find an additional charge of $20 a night for a 2nd bed & we were staying 3 days! Then after unpacking we realize the toilet won't stop running. We left so they could work on it but they couldn't fix it so we had to switch rooms. No adjustment to bill for inconvenience. When we checked in they told someone else there is only one room left for that night & their rate was high, but they took the room. Yet they had a room for us to switch to. Dishonesty!!! read more

Nice clean hotel; but I probably would not stay here if another clean hotel offers me a room with two beds for a family of two small kids

Easy access.
Charged us extra for adequate space and non-smoking room. Room was stuffy with strange smell.

The staff said that they often get families through Priceline. I find it very rude, then, that they would try to put us in a smoking room when we did not request it and insist upon $20 extra per night when they normally do not charge more for rooms with 2 beds.
