The pool was nice.
It was shabby.
The room and hotel was very shabby. The first afternoon we got there we were walking to the pool and my kids ages13,13,11, 8 had to her a couple cussing each other out and them banging on the door of the room wanting the lady to let him in and more cussing like the F work and all the others you can think of. Something was said to them but nothing was done. One of the worker's said they need to kick them out but that was it. Not a very pleasant stay. Will not stay again. read more

The location was ok.
Rude staff.
When I questioned the extra charge, the owner snatched my bill out of my hands and started yelling at me. I was told during check-in that there was no charge for the pets by the night staff. When I brought this fact up to the owner the next morning, he became irritate and accused me of lying. I will never stay at this hotel chain again.

It was located near where I needed to be for work.
It very badly needs renovation.
The room was dank and smelled like wet cat. The air conditioner, when I could get it to work, leaked all over the floor. There were what appeared to be professional ladies wandering around nearby and when I mentioned the room smell and other problems to the clerk, he said something like 'Hmph'.

Not much.
Seemed unorganized.
We just wanted a comfortable place to sleep, but was a very noisy and busy hotel. We also booked early but were given a room by the stairs witch was very loud. We left very early not rested at all.

It was reasonably priced.
The room had a strange odor and clothes that we had hanging up were damp.
When I checked in there was some confusion about payment. The charge had already hit my credit card a couple of days before but they wanted to know if I was going to pay cash or charge it.

Nothing positive to say.
Drug infested area. Hotel is very dirty. Rooms in disrepair.
After finding syringes and used condoms in the room, I did not feel very comfortable there. The floor in the bathroom was falling in. Over all, the room smelled bad, carpet if you want to call it that) was totally worn and filthy. Left that room immediately. We were offered an alternative room, but after our first experience, I was actually afraid to stay there. The Front Desk Manager denied that there was any problem. read more

Pillows were soft and breakfast was ok.
The TV was broken. The floors were dirty. We had to change rooms because the air was not working.
The hotel was not the way I expected. The East Ridge Days Inn definitely needs to clean their floors. While walking across them your feet would be black with dirt. Also I have never stayed at a hotel where you had to put a deposit down to swim in the pool. I will be honest I would not stay at this hotel again.

Nothing.
The room was dirty. spots on the rug.
The hotel is in a good location for what we had planed to do. We would not stay at the hotel ever again. The tub was dirty, rug looked like some one splashed white paint on it and also the wall paper brose was coming off the wall.
