Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Free breakfast. Priced right.
Pay for parking.

Good place to stay. Location, staff, and accommodations were all at or above what you should expect for an economy middle class hotel. In town within walking distance of a shuttle to most in town attractions. About 10 minute drive from Lookout Mountain. Staff was helpful and kind. They won't be taking bags to your room but were ready to help when we asked for something. Rooms were clean and well kept. The building seemed like it was pretty new. That may have helped. read more

Staff was very helpful and very friendly!! they make sure everything is okay
the water pressure was a little weak

I would recommend to any one.Staff is very friendly i traveled with my husband and two kids( a 8 year old and a 8 month old) the walls r almost sounds proof you can not hear anyone else! You ask for it and they will help you anyway they can!!!!! Also that was the only hotel that ive been to to have a BIG breakfast choice! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Very close to downtown, very friendly staff and excellent breakfast.
The parking fee should be waived.

This is a very nice and comfortable hotel. The rooms were nice with everything that we needed. Clean bathroom and very nice breakfast and eating area.

It was CLEAN and when I had a problem the staff was very helpful and responded quickly
No hot tub!

Overall, the hotel was nice! Plan to stay again next trip. Two thumbs up!
