Very clean and spacious room at a great rate.
Hotel staff did absolutely nothing about the noisy guests who yelled, slammed doors, and ran up and down the hallway for over three hours late night.

Though it was difficult to find, the room was clean and very spacious. The staff, however, seemed to be more involved with themselves and did not project a professional manner. At night, around 11:30, several other "guests" were extremely loud: talking, slamming doors, being "heavy footed" walking/running the hallways and did so for over three hours. I contacted the staff to see what they could do about it and nothing took place. I had mentioned it to the staff when checking out and they said that they had to talk to their supervisor about not letting that group back. I only was able to get one hour of sleep that night. read more

It was not well maintained at all.

The ice machines were broken the entire week so no ice was available. The carpet was disgusting, the hotel smelled, and it was generally not very well maintained.

Very clean, modern, in a great location and not too far from the (CHA) airport, The best value for the rate.
Everything was outstanding!

This is a great place to stay. Everything was clean, updated and the service was excellent. The area was also good and not too close to the airport and close to other hotels. Breakfast was decent and people were kind. WI-FI required not special codes or reseting.

The hotel need some modernizing and work.

This is an economy hotel that could use a remodel and needs some paint and attention. The front desk help was incredible.
