The lobby was beautiful - nice location.
Bathroom stool had not been cleaned. We heard the same complaint from two we traveled with.

The hotel was nicer than I had expected however the bathroom stool had not been cleaned and we heard that from two others who were in other rooms. One still had toilet paper in the toilet. Our air conditioner did not work so it was rather warm.

bad experience with attached restaurant.

Had terrible service and experience at attached restaurant Perkins. They did not honor discount painted on window kids eat free all day. My 3 and 7 year old were charged for their meal, plus a 2 coffee's we never ordered or drank. Will not go back.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.
The room carpet is beginning to show signs of wear and needs replacing.

There were no surprises. The hotel does not have a restaurant, however a Perkins Restaurant was connected to it and was very good food. I will use this hotel again in the future.

Starting to look worn and run-down.

Nice hotel nestled in a very quiet town. The hotel is about an hour from Memphis (via scenic drive), has a Perkins restaurant off the lobby, and is close to local dining and gas stations. The staff was friendly, the bed was very comfortable, and it was adequate for the night we stayed there.

Friendly and helpfull staff. Spotless room, with fridge and microwave.

My stay was great from start to finish. No complaints. Staff was friendly, restaurant and bar on site.
