Great view of river, the fire place was nice, and you could even burn logs.
The hotel is right at the edge of Gatlinburg, had to walk pretty far to good shops in center of town.
Overall, this hotel was nice. I was impressed by the fireplace for the fact that you could burn logs (last hotel only had a gas fireplace that had a timer on it) for a fee.

I
loved the location. The view of the river was wonderful.
They were out of items for breakfast and
I had to drink water. There was no apology for this when i mentioned this to clerk.
Wonderful location, staff leaves something to be desired.

The staff was very friendly.
1st room had view of satellite dish and roof.
Rooms were very clean, staff was very friendly. The hotel was close to Gatlinburg main shops, we walked most of the time but trolleys were available.

It was a decent location, just about a block from River Road.
The room smelled like bo, nasty.
There were a few little things that were annoying, the toilet chain ended up breaking so we had to keep fixing that to flush the toilet. Again, the body odor smell, grody, it was just in the bathroom vanity area though

Clean, great view of river.
A little bit far to walk to get to the strip, but not too bad. No HBO Movie Channel.
I would recommend this to a couple, but maybe not a family. Room was a little small.

The stream off the patio and away form the crowd.
Parking was scarce.
For the price,it was OK. The breakfast selection could have been better.

Convenient to downtown Gatlinburg
Pepperoni on floor between the beds upon arrival-Bathing area to near main door
Convenient to downtown Gatlinburg. Kind of hard to find, we missed it on our first lap through town driving.

Nice views, clean, good location, & helpful staff.
I stayed at the Days Inn over my spring break. The hotel itself was clean and the staff was very accommodating. Unfortunately when I visited the pool looked like it could use a good draining. Well it had a hot tub, but it was disgusting and waterless, so nevertheless we could not use it. On the positive side our room had a nice balcony with great views. The shower stayed hot for hours. read more
