The room was decorated well.
The traffic light was a flashing yellow and hard to turn left on busy street.

The room was decorated nicely (we had a romantic room). However, the jacuzzi was really an over sized jetted bathtub. This was not what I expected. The location was not in walking distance (if that is a concern). Overall, an easy stay.

The suite was large. The hotel was removed from the hustle and bustle of downtown Gaitlinburg.
The was only a love seat for sitting in a suite that was supposed to sleep 8. There was a table with 4 chairs

The suite we stayed in was large. The two bedrooms were private and seperated from each other. Seating in the living area was a big issue. The only comfortable seating was one loveseat. The suite was advertised as sleeps eight. The bedrooms could sleep six, seat two in living room and feed four at the dining table. There was enough room for a couch or a second love seat and if all four of us could of had a comfortable seat to relax and watch TV in the living room, I would have been very happy with the accomodations. read more

Decent location in the middle of Gatlinburg.
The hotel was old and kind of run down, but the rooms were clean.

Would probably stay here again. Our room was clean and the hotel staff was friendly. Our stay was during the 4th of July and there were a lot of people in town that weekend but it was located in a quiet location in town and had no problems with noise.

The rooms were a nice size and the pool was good. However, you are not with-in walking distance to the strip. Nothing in the room matched.
I called for a wake up call, and there was no one at the front desk! I couldn't believe it was not manned! I would not stay here again.

Very friendly - nice rooms.
Nothing.

Wonderful get-a-way. Most things in Gatlinburg within walking distance. Overall a very pleasant stay. Thanks

Fantastic staff and great ameneties.
Street not clearly marked.

The front desk staff was first-rate in terms of friendliness and helpfulness. The rooms were very well-maintained, and the extras (kitchenette, fireplace) were a welcome addition. The Guesthouse Wildwood Inn made our stay in Gatlinburg a most pleasant one.

The location and comfort of the room.

The hotel is a good distance from the main part of Gatlinburg. The sheets would not stay on the bed and it was very uncomfortable. It really needs some renovations.
