Very small bathroom.

If you need a nice hole in the wall to stay at, this is it. Another guest had a dirty bathroom, dysfunctional appliances and facilities, and they had to prove it to the front desk.

I would bring my family there for a vacation. The room was clean but it was very small.

Close to many good resturaunts.
Awkward to get into.

Stayed over 2 nights, room was never cleaned during my stay. Internet in main lobby was nice. Never saw continental breakfast or was comepletely gone by 10 am. Staff was nice, although they ran out of batteries so remote in room was of no use and a little bit of a hassel.

Staff was extremely courteous. Facility close to several nice restaurants.
The furnishings in the room looked old.

The best western carriage house in Jackson is conveniently located to the interstate, but is slightly difficult to get to from bypass 45. Every staff member was gracious and friendly. The room itself was clean and spacious, but obviously old - the furniture was stained in several places. The heating units were difficult to regulate.

The front desk receptionist was helpful, the day we checked in.
Smoking/ash trays in non-smoking room, had to change the room, then couldn't open door later, waited 15 minutes in cold for manager to come fix it.

We obviously had problems from the start! Had little one's with me and had to change rooms because of smoking in a non-smoking room! Was locked out of our room for 15 minutes first night and had to wait in cold on second floor till manager arrived to change batteries in door. Would have been nice to be offered a room next door to at least wait in. Dirty behind couch, crushed empty pop can and other garbage behind the dresser. read more
