The price.
Lack of comfort, too much noise next door.
I would not recommend this hotel, simply because of lack of comfort. We travel year round and this was the worst won thus far. I told the manager about the problem the next day and he stated "Well you know people are celebrating the festivities this weekend". I think that's sad to say to your customer.

Nothing
Air conditioning smelled, carpet was filthy, housekeeping wouldn't refill and towels or supplies such as shampoo or soap. no coffee pot in the room.
Every place could have issues or mistakes made. Its how those issues are handled that represent what kind of management is there. This hotel would not clean my room, bring fresh towels, shampoo or soap. When I asked for them I was shooed away by the manager who yelled, "housekeeping outside". there was no housekeeping outside. I waited five hours and no one ever showed up with anything. The manager was rude and easily annoyed I checked out of this hotel a day and a half earlier then planned and then the manager argued with me for ten minutes refusing to give me a receipt for my stay. read more

Location only.
Everything else.
This hotel was the worst place I have ever stayed. There was a hole in the floor in front of the sink, and the staff couldn't understand anything I said, nor could I understand them. The bed felt like sleeping on a piece of plywood. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Big, spacious room, fast working AC.
Not enough parking,
TV remote did not work.
I stayed at this motel as an overnight stop. All in all, it was good for its purpose. Not enough parking and was uncomfortable parking my car by the highway, but was happy to see it there the next morning.

The refrigerator and microwave wave offered in every room.
The staff wasn't friendly and wasn't eager to resolve the problems I had.
In the double room the TV didn't work properly and neither did the remote. The heating system was horrible, you were either too hot or too cold. The record snow storm occurred during my stay, our car got stuck in the snow. We didn't even get to stay in the Hotel the 2nd night. I called the hotel the morning we were suppose to checkout and explained that my car was stuck. I asked them not to remove my items from the two rooms & if I could have more time to checkout since my car was stuck in the worst snow storm in the area in 40 years. The towel were old and worn. You couldn't get new ones until to used the ones in the room. So if you wanted to take more than one shower or bath you would have to ask for towels right before the 2nd shower or bath. read more
