Clean, friendly place to stay.
It was about 10 minutes from the interstate.

It was a great hotel! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

Motel, sink counter was not put together well

I was not expecting a motel with a room right on the parking lot. Maybe that's my bad for not reading that, but I don't remember seeing anything about it.

The location was good.
Not at all like the pictures on the website. Very misleading.

We were in the older part of the hotel, down by the laundry and maids area. Where we parked our car there was water running into the parking lot from the laundry, hot water! The dryer vents blew right out into the parking lot on top of our car. We had to park there because it was was the stairs were to go up to our room.My biggest dissappointment was it was nothing like the pictures showed online. If it had been, we would not have selected this hotel. Also, my daughter did not get to go swimming at night because of a Reunion party by the pool. read more

Friendly staff, willing to accommodate, clean, good food, and convenient.
I didn't like the gouge of a fee for insurance of a safe that was in our room that we never used.

Friendly staff, easy to locate from the highway. Clean rooms, comfortable beds/pillows. Breakfast buffet was good. Is in need of some minor up-keep but nothing that would stop me from staying again. What I didn't like was the extra fee (x3) for liability insurance that was not disclosed, for a safe that is in the room that I never used. Now that would keep me from returning!

Close to everything, and reasonably priced.
The heat in the room was hard to regulate, it worked almost too well, had to turn it on and off through out the night it would get too hot.

Upon check in we received 2 vouchers for a full buffet breakfast, which was nice. The hotel was very close to the mall and just minutes away from ETSU. Overall my stay was good and I would consider stay here again.

I enjoyed everything about stay.
