Requested north Knoxville, got west. was 20plus miles from where we needed to be.

Nice area good restaurants and shopping. Hotel was clean and well maintained and staffed.

Very comfortable bed in a clean room and motel, a good continental breakfast. A good choice for overnight travel, business, and leisure. Basic level but much above average in that class.

Key cards did not work. Went from 3rd to 1st floor every time. It was very frustrating.

The rooms were showing a lot of wear. Key cards did not work. Went from 3rd to 1st floor every time to get he card redone. Very frustrating. Everyone was very friendly except for one pm clerk that abandoned the front desk to take a smoke outside and I had to wait 10 min. for her to get back. After a very long day, a 10 min wait at 10:30 pm seemed like forever.

The beds were nice and comfortable the carpet was clean.
Needs better management over housekeeping details.

This was a good stay. I had only a couple little complaints that the staff took care of. This was a great location as far as stores and restaurants.

Beautiful hotel, large, clean rooms and great breakfast buffet.

Great location. Rooms were huge and very clean. Hotel had a great outside appearance. Breakfast buffet was great.
