Location and quiet..Mini fridge in room.
All toilets are loose. Stoppers are missing or not working in sinks & tub.

A good place if price is right. Better than the others within 1 mile of the place. Great for no more than 2 people!

Ice machine was on 3rd floor, I was on 1st floor.

Good for one person, business travel. Too small for multiple people/multiple night stay. No ironing board.
