The staff was friendly and the room was comfortable.
The lobby was not cool and the excessive equip, need work.

Renovations were expected this winter, the price was reasonable. the water was hot, the room was large, the staff was friendly, there was a Denny's in the lobby, it was across from the Peabody and close to Beale st. What more could you ask for!

Filthy, nothing but pure filthy

The place was filthy. I got sick right after staying there. I have to wonder if it was because of the filth in the hotel

Front desk people were very nice. The valet person was very helpful.
I was not told about the $15 a day parking fee, there's nowhere that doesn't cost a mint.

Our stay was fun and very easy to get to Beale street.

I liked the location, but would have spent more money to stay at the Holiday Inn next door.
Did not like the roaches in the ice maker, but I understand why the roach was there, cooling off, since they have no air conditioning in the hallways.
