The staff was friendly and helpful.
No complaints.

We traveled with 6 teens. The staff was very accommodating. We wanted rooms together and wanted to know where the nearest shopping center was. We were given good directions and given a call when our rooms were ready. We were also give written directions to the stadium and a good restaurant.

The room.

The staff was very friendly, but the room was very weird. They had a high-def TV in there which was weird but cool. The doors looked old and I felt unsafe in them and the bathroom felt dirty even though it was clean.

Proximity to and view into downtown.
Prices for food, refrigerator in room did not work, hotel charged for things that are normally complimentary.

The hotel itself was awesome. The problem is that it seemed to try to milk money from its patrons at every possible turn. I've never been in a hotel where I felt that they were trying to get me for every dime! I felt that way this time.

Very friendly staff.
The maid did not clean my room all day the first night of my stay. No clean towels, soap, make beeds, change linen, etc.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The only concern I had was that the maid did not clean my room the first night of my stay. The afternoon/night desk person was wonderful on Sunday July 13, 2008. She was wonderful and very professional. Because of her attitude and assistance I will choose Comfort Inns again.

It was convenient to the interstate and Downtown Memphis. The continental breakfast was good.
The room smelled like smoke. The bathtub appeared to be dirty.

The hotel was in a convenient location.
It was not clean and the customer service was not that great.

Great staff.
On a busy street.

Decent hotel at a great price. The staff was eager to please and very helpful in providing driving directions and referring us to restaurants.

Really enjoyed the friendly staff and continental breakfast.
Laundry facilities.

Very nice hotel that is centrally located near shopping malls and airport. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that is in need of a short stay and good prices.
