Solo Traveler
The hotel is conveniently located to both shopping, restaurants, and theaters. The rooms were comfortable, but it would be nice if they included refrigerators. The closet space was lacking.

Solo Traveler
This hotel is excellent for those simply needing a place to sleep. Business travelers would do well here. Located in a safe, quiet residential area of Memphis, you can still drive to downtown in about 20 minutes and experience the city. I was very pleased with my stay.

Couple
The hotel was undergoing some construction and they booked me in a room so close to it, I was awakened to the not at all pleasant sound of hammering and drilling. The first morning I asked them about moving me and they did but it was just down the hall which was still close enough to hear the construction, but we weren't sleep anymore so it wasn't as bad. It was still an inconvenience to have to repack all of our stuff and move it after we were settled in. I tried to move it in shifts. I was definitely displeased with that because if they didn't check us into the room so close to all of the noise, we would not have had a problem at all and we would've stayed in the same room. I had to stay one more night than expected in Memphis and I initially planned on staying there again but after all of that happened, I felt like I should try to find somewhere else but my girlfriend and I were so tired I just added another night but this time I requested a room away from the construction zone but while it was a different room it seemed to be closer to the noise than the first room. ...

My husband and I will return to the hotel, we enjoyed ourselves and we felt very safe, and I rest more then I did in a long time.
