Unhelpful staff.

The room we were reassigned to had two beds and my Fancie and I had to sleep in the same full bed. The staff did not make any attempt to compensate us for their mistake. I will never stay at this chain again.

Staff not very good at getting back to you on issues.

The room was clean enough but, offered few channels to watch. Had no restaurant and had to either drive or take a cab everywhere.

The Hotel was great,worth the price,I would recommend it to anyone.
Can't think of a thing i didn't like!

Clean,good service,good ,clean ,Breakfast unlike Nashville's hotel.The staff were very friendly,clean,and trained to be professional,yet still friendly.

The bed was comfortable, the room overall was good and
clerks was nice and helpful.
It didn't have a microwave, fridge, no hot breakfast.

I would recommend this hotel to my friends and I would stay there again myself. This hotel is nice.

Each and every employee made us feel like we were very special people. They were all very happy people and seemed to really enjoy their jobs.

I would highly recommend this hotel for tourists who are planning on enjoying Beale Street, the National Civil Rights Museum, Sun Studio, and Graceland. The sites were a close driving distance from the hotel. The staff at the hotel were very happy people and made us feel special.
