The room was very spacious and exceeded my expectations.

We spent 4 nights away from home in various cities. This hotel was the most spacious in accommodating 5 people. All of our needs were met and everyone rested comfortably.

The renovations that were under construction will be satisfactory.
Debris from construction was scattered around common areas. Common areas were not well lighted.

Price.
The hotel was in need of repair.

I did not enjoy this hotel. The hotel needed painting/repair and the staff was not friendly. The bed was uncomfortable. I enjoyed the Mexican restaurant but the breakfast (plastic utensils?) was not very appetizing. It seems like the hotel had seen better days.
