The friendliness of the staff.
Refrigerator wasn't cold, room needed microwave.

Overall the stay was good. The staff couldn't have been nicer. Would recommend this hotel to others.

reported a very leaky lavatory drainpipe; was fixed by the time we finished breakfast
the breakfast was adequate but could have been better(eggs, meat, biscuits)

Nice comfortable and clean, safe off street parking. Adequate breakfast fare; eggs,bacon, biscuits would be great though..reported major lavatory drain leak which was repaired while we were at breakfast on first morning. Knowledgeable friendly staff. convenient to our destinations; I checked email after breakfast on the free terminal in the lobby.

Clean, friendly staff, and recently updated.
Beds were hard, no blinds that fully close on the windows.

Average hotel, located okay, difficult to find due to no signs, close to highway and large sign turned away from road. Has been recently updated but the beds are extremely firm, and also the blinds do not shut. Thats not so bad unless your room faces an opposite hotel like mine did. Close to restaurants and centrally located in Nashville. Over all I would possibly stay at this hotel again if the beds were softer! read more

Beds are too firm, didn't sleep well.

very firm would be my only caution. Well eqipped rooms, great breakfast and nice homely atmosphere.

Overall this was a great stay, good location, reasonable rates, friendly staff. I liked the fact that it was smoke and pet free. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.
