Nothing.
Very rude desk clerk.

There was a power failure early in the morning of departure and I almost missed an important credentialing exam at a nearby university. The desk clerk / manager was very rude and and displayed absolutely no empathy. I understand that the power failure was not just at the hotel, but there is no excuse for the rudeness and uncaring attitude of the staff.

It was very quiet.
It didn't provide garbage bags in the trash cans.

All around this hotel was great. The things I didn't like was that the trash can's didn't have garbage bags and the breakfast closed at 9. Other than that, I will be staying there again.

Close to interstate.
Not very clean, mold in the restroom area.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I would recommend priceline, but only because this is not my first experience with using. I have been happy with past hotels and flights.

Close to good restaurants
I asked for a smoking room, but did not get it

the hotel staff was nice, and friendly. There was part of the roof missing in the walkway to the room. The room had a mildew smell to it.

Close to interstate.
Rough part of town.

Hotel was fairly clean and the staff was helpful. Right-off of the interstate was handy but seemed to be a rough part of town. I would not feel safe bringing my family here. As far as going myself, I had no problem and it met my expectation and was a good price.

Continental Breakfast.
Location. Facing loud traffic.

I was very unsatisfied with the hotel. The room was facing a highway and filtered all of the vibrations of the traffic straight into the room as well as rattling the window panes constantly.

I had people come up to me from the street asking for money.

Overall it was what I expected.

I need a lot more than 20 words. It was awful!

Very unfriendly staff. Our room was so close to an 8 lane highway it was almost impossible to sleep. There weren't enough towels (2 small ones for 2 adults). We requested more and were told we had all we could have. They did later give us one more. The beds were terrible. The AC unit worked when it wanted to. The bathroom was dirty, very small and had many stains. The carpet was stained. The outside door didn't shut properly due to having been kicked in at some point. Most of the window screens were bent as if someone had tried to force entry. Continental breakfast was cold decaf coffee and dry cereal. All surrounding businesses had fencing with razor wire around it. Don't go there! read more
