The space of the suite and the pool being opened until midnight. Very quiet hotel also.

Our stay was great, we stayed the weekend after Thanksgiving and the hotel was very busy but the staff was still very nice. We enjoyed the pool and the fact that it stayed open until midnight was a plus! To be such a busy weekend and a large hotel it was very quiet and we never heard any outside noise - which was a great plus too! We really enjoyed our stay and will stay again.

It was a very comfortable room, especially the bed.
The trucks backing in and out right below my window. Not having someone tell me that the shuttle service would not start until after my flight.

I like the set up of Embassy Suites hotels. This one was especially nice.

The fact that you have a suite instead of room, larger
They failed to bring us clean towels 2 days.

I liked the hotel, the location, the price but the front desk personnel could have been friendlier. We did not get clean towels for 2 days. The first day they left the used towels hanging just like we left them. The second day they took the dirty one because we left them in the floor but did not replace them. Did not leave a floor towel. Overall great for the price.

Very family friendly. Large clean rooms. Carpet did have some obvious stains in bedroom area. Staff very friendly and ready to accommodate requests.

The bed was so comfortable and the suite was really nice.
Hot tub was not hot and ended up closing.

I love the 2 hours of free drinks and snacks, also the complimentary breakfast is amazing. The bed was so comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Spacious rooms and great common areas.
The food was not the highest quality, but it beat traveling or delivery.

I love this hotel. The room seemed smaller than their other locations, but overall it is great. The dinner we ordered wasn't the best in the world, but this is a hotel and not a dining establishment!
