People were very friendly at the hotel and helped in any way.
Every day we had to get a new key, the old one would not work.

The hotel was very nice and I would go their again the next time I am in Tenn. Thank you.

The hotel was not in the best neighborhood. When we got to our room the full length mirror was on the floor which fell from wall previously and the room smelled musty. The breakfast was good and had more selection than the standard continental breakfast. I liked the gazebo that was a nice touch. The pool is 3' deep so its more for wading than swimming. The hotel could use some paint on pillars and trim. The hotel was close to highways and only took 7 minutes to get downtown. It was also near the airport. read more

Pillows were awful. My neck hurt the entire day.

Great hotel for travelers to the Nashville area. Very close to Opry Mills and the Grand Ole Opry.
