Very poor, clean mattress was terrible,
I don't think hotel classifies as not even one star..

Poor, not clean, mattress was very old and uncomfortable, towels are dirty. I wont class as half star, its my second time disappointment.

After 6 ,minimum wage security guard in control

I had to inventory room contents at check in. $10 for a lock out, $10 for a friend stopping by to pick me up.$10 a day for maid service, $10 for internet service, check out time submitted in advance, exactly 24 hours prior, or you forfeit $45. My second week, I stayed at homestead suites for only $18 more, all these services were free.

The clerk would only give me a smoking room.

I had to wait outside, it was cold weather & for about 10 minutes before I had a chance to check in. After checking in the, later in the night there was a lot of noise and commotion in the parking lot. Hours after that the fire alarm went off. I got very little sleep or relaxation from this hotel.

Bruce at the front desk was super ice and helpful! Good staff, very quiet surroundings, which I liked.
Because it was an extended stay hotel, no hair dryer or hotel shampoos I forgot about that!

The staff was very helpful. It was also close to the places
I was visiting
I thought the rooms were not as clean as they should be.

I enjoyed my stay and would return again in the future.

Nice on the outside, but the inside needs renovation. Marks on walls. Cigarette burns in a non-smoking room. Non-smoking room smelled of smoke.
