Was a perfect place and the beds were fantastic.
I can't think of anything.

It was our very best traveling experience. Everything was perfect. The staff is really great and one couldn't ask for a better place to stay.

The room was spacious and beautiful.
Someone on their cell phone outside our door early in the morning.

I loved this hotel. I will definitely stay here again. The parking was steep, as there weren't other options.

Comfortable bed, clean, friendly.
Parking fee was 20 a day for customers!

Could hear the people next door due to thin wall, no shower door, bathroom door could be seen through, internet was troublesome.

Friendly staff. Clean room and clean bathroom.

This hotel meant our needs. It was clean and staff friendly. Valet tipped us off to move from bank parking lot located next door that police wait and the minute you walk in hotel they take vehicle for towing. Have to street park before check in.

The decor is amazing and very modern.
They had a terrible security guard who treated us terribly.

If this hotel wasn't so great, I likely would've sued the pants off the place because of their security guard. He harassed and assaulted my friend. The hotel management staff worked to clear the situation and offered us a voucher to come back. We will only do so if this person is no longer an employee. I refuse to let one person ruin the experience for me, so as for the overall visit, it was very impressive. read more

I found the bar staff to be warm and cheerful. The same with the from desk staff.
Wish there would have been a pool or a hotel services sheet in the room.

Excellent value for the price. We within walking distance of downtown and the university are. Enjoyed my stay with them and will make my way back again. Nice staff, clean rooms and public area and good food.

Perfect for two teens going to a concert, moderate price, good location
Parking and fee for self parking about same as valet

Has a music vibe, red baby grand piano in lobby and heard great music by local musicians. Great in keeping the theme of what makes Nashville GREAT. We were there to hear music...we felt like it while staying there.
