Comfortable, contemporary, clean, & across the road from Opry Mills.

From a person who easily gets that icky feeling from staying in the same room that hundreds of others from all walks of life have stayed, there was no icky feeling here! This room was very clean, very comfortable, and had contemporary decor (no 80's or 90's funky flower patters!). There was a very comfortable couch on the other side of the small room divider and the flat screen swiveled to face either the couch or bed. All around great hotel! read more

Easy to find, excellent staff, great rooms, and nice small upgrades.
Was not cleaned as well as it should have been.

The hotel was great. We were in Nashville for medical reasons and appreciated the chance to relax after a long, stressful day. Loved the sectional sofa in the rooms. Great 42' TV, great bedding. There were some issues with cleanliness. We had to clean parts of the counters and the ottoman, which looked like someone had sneezed stuff all over them and the blanket provided in the closet had food spilled all over it and was just folded and put back up. Overall, a pleasant experience with the hotel but would never stay there. read more

Unfriendly uncaring attitude of female employee working on the breakfast buffet.

Good quality hotel, clean, friendly staff, immediately accommodated request after checkin for change of room when I discovered elevator was too far for my husband to walk to, breakfast buffet was free and good

Gym needs more.

Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. It's location is near downtown, there's entertainment and dining in the area. The lobby smelled so good and my room was comfortable and clean. Thanks for such a pleasant stay, I most certainly will book in the future.

Large room with separate living room. Continental breakfast.

The Hyatt place is a very nice hotel with large rooms that have a living area separated from the bed. They have a good continental breakfast and serve Starbucks coffee. They provide you with the Wallstreet Journal and USA Today free. I recommend this hotel.
