My room had not been cleaned, the beds were dirty when I rolled the covers back to put my grandchildren in the bed their was trash in the bed, the bed had been made, but it had not been changed, so we made them a pallet on the floor, the floors had not been vacuumed and their were no towels, tissue, or soap in the room I had to go to Wal-Mart to purchase towels, and soap, the person that cleaned rooms let us use the vacuum, gave us some fresh sheets, and tissue, when asked was he going to clean our room he said our room was not on the list to be cleaned. read more

This was the most awful motel I have ever seen! Moldy old carpet stank in my rooms and in the hallway, broken hallway lighting fixtures and windows were left unrepaired. This dump has not seen new paint in many years. No coffee in room, no shampoo in the bathroom. The front desk "help" was often absent or busy with personal calls on her cell phone. Friendly enough-but in attentive to customers. The groups of teens "hanging out" by the parking lot left me fearing an overnight break-in of my car to the extent that I hardly slept at all. read more
