The staff and breakfast bar were amazing!
Can't think of anything negative.
It was after midnight when my bathroom light went out. Most hotels that I have stayed in will wait until morning to fix it as that's when their maintenance people come in. This hotel was spot on. The front desk clerk fixed it right away! The staff made it seem as if I was the only guest in their hotel and they were packed with a bus full of travelers. Simply amazing!

Overbooked and unable to provide nonsmoking room.
Very attractive from exterior. No coffee in room. When housekeeping was told still no coffee. Towels were thin. Had a severe allergic reaction to the smoke in room and had to check out after 7 hours and cancel the reservation for the following night. Was able to find a nice non-smoking room nearby with nicer accommodations.

Pleasant hotel, clean, centrally located, restaurants and shopping nearby. Computer in lobby is not very fast, needs to be updated. Refrigerators in room a big plus.

Great air conditioner and the microwave and fridge was nice.
Amenities are lacking and security door was broken.
This was a good stay except for the weak wireless internet. The hotel finally gave me a booster but that took 1.5 hours to convince them to do this. Only one tiny bottle of shampoo and one bar of soap but I usually don't use much more. The microwave and fridge were welcome. Nice to have popcorn after a long days work.

The pool needed cleaning badly. I cleaned both of the skimmers that were full to the brim with leaves and dead bugs.
