Located on the main Parkway smack in the heart of Pigeon Forge, we are just waiting to give you a great vacation experience. We are within walking distance, or a short trolley ride, from a host of restaurants, shopping, attractions and theaters such as Tanger Outlet, WonderWorks, Dollywood, Dixie Stampede, Miracle Theater, Country Tonight Theater and Magic Beyond Belief. All rooms include free high-speed wireless Internet, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, premium TV channels, hairdryer and iron with board. Deluxe continental breakfast included. The hotel boasts an indoor pool, game room, guest laundry, river walkway where guests can fish from our banks, picnic area, grills and our ducks are waiting for you to feed them. Very clean, great pool, common grounds very well kept with great area to feed local ducks.


Great value, great location, great pool(a bit small if hotel is busy) comfortable rooms , very clean, staff was friendly.

It was very clean and looked really pretty.
We didn't have any hot water to take a bath-the Internet didn't do good, air didn't stay cool.

In our room we could not take a bath. The hot water didn't work he worked on it and still we didn't have any hot water. The high speed would not stay on long enough to do anything we needed to on line it got really hot in the middle of the night the air would not get cold but the room was very clean. The best I have seen in awhile it is so good to be that near everything and the ducks and the water was very pretty. read more

It overlooked a peaceful river with resident ducks and offered a large breakfast area.
It did not have an exhaust fan in the bathroom.

Clean, comfortable, quiet rooms with pleasant staff. Would stay there again.
