It was clean and the office staff was very nice.
Bed to hard. No refrigerator or microwave in room.
Bobbie at the front desk was very upbeat and pleasant and helpful. It was the best hotel that we stayed at on our trip. Close to the distilleries that we wanted to visit.

Pool was nice, breakfast served, location was good.
Breakfast room is tiny and crowded. I wouldn't say the room was spotless. But it wasn't like it was gross or something.
Pretty much what you would expect from a Jameson Inn. Nothing fancy, fairly clean but not spotless, average beds, and fairly small rooms.

The rooms and staff were great!
You would have expected a refrigerator in the room.
The staff was excellent and the rooms were spacious. I was disappointed with the fact that there was not a mini fridge or microwave in the room.

Convenient location.
The continental breakfast.
We were put into the handicapped room. I don't know why as we didn't ask for it. The room was small but nice. The bathroom was large (handicapped room) and clean. The breakfast was meager. Almost not worth the trouble.

Pool and exercise room was in good condition.
The beds were not that comfortable and found one bug on the carpet.
It was a great location if you were visiting Jack Daniels Distillery. The pool was very clean for the kids to swim. One negative if you're used to fluffy beds in 3 star hotels this one will not work for you.

Very clean room.
Walls are not sound proof.
You are able to hear through the walls and front door, from footsteps of every person walking by late at night to the child crying at 6am every morning I would not stay here again for that reason.

Could not use the pool and was told it would be fixed every day.
For a hotel room it was okay however it seems if you use the Internet to book it you did not get a refrigerator and other stuff where as you walked in you got a better room and services.
