Clean and convenient.
No complaints.

Front desk attendant was friendly and courteous. Room was clean and well kept. Beds were comfortable. For a continental breakfast, it was very good.

Staff was extremely nice.
Location (it's behind another hotel) but will stay there again.

There wasn't an ice machine on the 2nd floor and it was hard to get to at first because it is behind another hotel, we past it the first time. However our stay was very nice, the hotel itself is very nice and the staff was the friendliest that I have ever experienced at a hotel. I can say for sure that every time I visit Abilene, I will stay there and also recommend it to anyone. read more

It was a clean hotel room with a courteous staff.
Hard to find off I-20

Overall, I was pleasantly surprised with the hotel. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The staff was extremely helpful in giving directions around town. Was a very comfortable stay!

A bit too far from the area I spent the majority of my time in.

I like the inside entry to rooms. It was quiet and comfortable.

It was a very pleasant trip and the hotel was new, clean, efficient and comfortable. And the beds! More comfortable than my bed at home. We do not live far from Abilene and if we make another trip, we will hopefully be able to stay at the Holiday Inn Express again.

The room had wonderful pillows on the bed.
The elevators seemed a little slow.

I passed through on my way to San Angelo and couldn't believe how nice this place was. The room was exceptionally clean and the breakfast was great.
