Internet did not work - feeble attempt to correct problem.

Front desk is understaff at night - and during the Christmas holiday period. Long lines require patience. The sole person did the best under such conditions. Restaurant on premises has extra slow service - one waitress, one cook - also responsible for room service. Independently owned, the owners are trying to extract maximum profit by overworking their staff - which did a great job under the circumstances. read more

Very comfortable beds with large rooms. Large TV with great channel selection.
The restaurant was totally in chaos!

For and older Holiday Inn it provides up-to-date amenities and comfort.

The front desk clerk were very helpful and kind.

The staff was great. The room was nice and clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable and clean.

Right off the freeway.
Bad service, advice, rooms, and pools.

Bad on all areas of hotel, from beds, rooms, view, hotel cleanliness, we received bad advice for food form the staff and they were not helpful in anyway at all. The customer is not the priority at this hotel.

The bathtub was clogged up with so much hair it was disgusting. We questioned if the sheets had been changed.

Great location and price but not to the standards of Holiday Inn. I felt I was staying in a small motel along the highway and not in a Holiday Inn.
