Nothing, except location.
Cleanliness, service, lobby and common areas. Even lobby had a smell of tobacco.
Parking lot was full of trailer and other king of vehicles we were not used to see at other hotels. Swimming pool was dirty and was filled with a hose while we were swimming there the first day. Towels were small and old and did not dry properly, beds were okay.

Close to airport.
Bugs, noise, mildew, filth.
I felt unsafe and unclean. I couldn't sleep for the noise and smell.
