The rooms were beautiful with cutting-edge technology.
The parking garage is tight.

The AT&T Center is a new-looking hotel on the University of Texas campus. The public areas and the rooms were immaculate and the beds were wonderful. This hotel is definitely four-star quality, but the prices in the bar were quite reasonable for very good drinks.

Free WiFi, very friendly staff.
Flagship restaurant was closed during our stay which was the 12/26-12/27; construction noises, parking garage.

Overall a very nice hotel on UT campus. Due to the timing of our stay, the hotel was only operating on a skeleton staff and closed their flagship restaurant. The staff that were present were very friendly and courteous. There were construction noises on the morning of our departure.

This hotel would be perfect for UT students/parents/alumni. It's brand new and right on the UT campus.

Not in downtown Austin.

Hotel is listed as being downtown, but it is actually on the UT campus. I would not recommend this hotel unless you had business at UT. It does not have the atmosphere of downtown hotels, did not have Christmas decorations or even a Christmas tree in the lobby. Went on a weekend and nobody was there, so if you're looking for a quiet, out of the way place, this is for you, if you are looking for fun & festivity, book a downtown hotel. Valet parking was $22, ordered coffee from room service & asked for a picture of water & was charged $8 for the water! On a positive note, the room itself was very nice. read more

The decor was great, but the service was superior! They took care of us above and beyond. Cheesecake sent for birthday. Taxi ready fast.

This hotel was an elegant surprise. The decor was a great mix of Texas history and modern decor! From the very first hello, the staff was incredible! I loved the personal welcome on the phone in the room. The staff made sure we understood where all amenities were and that we were treated special.

The balcony was a great touch.
