Excellent hotel, staff was friendly. Only one complaint. We had two rooms booked. Called the night we booked them asked for both rooms to be two doubles as each room had 2 adults and 1 teenager. Upon arrival mentioned the conversation, they had not booked the correct rooms and had to change us. Our room was fine, however, the other room we booked did not have a double and the young man had to sleep on the floor. I was very upset because I am the one who suggested we stay there etc. having made the request twice and both times being told it was not a problem. read more

Everything was fine.

The hotel was very nice and so was the staff. We were very close to the Frank Erwin Center and the campus. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice along with wonderful staff!

Hotel was amazing! When I walked into the lobby, it was an amazing welcoming feeling that was very luxurious. Doubletree is a very nice hotel and would definitely stay there in the future. Beds were very comfortable as well. One thing I really enjoyed and that made my night was giving each customer a warm cookie. I thought that was amazing to do for us.

Brand new everything and free parking.
Nothing.

This was great for two very tired 30 somethings. We arrived late, and the front desk lady was super nice. This hotel is everything you'd expect from a Double Tree and it is all new. It was like the W but for budget travelers. Book this one for sure!
