Brand new everything and free parking.
Nothing.

This was great for two very tired 30 somethings. We arrived late, and the front desk lady was super nice. This hotel is everything you'd expect from a Double Tree and it is all new. It was like the W but for budget travelers. Book this one for sure!

Partner and I had a very nice stay once again at this Hotel. From the friendly staff to clean, comfortable rooms, this hotel is perfect for the leisure traveler and business people a like.

It seems recently remodeled and everything is in very good condition.
The hotel staff wasn't very responsive to our requests such as toothpaste and a toothbrush.

It's exactly what you would hope for and probably more so out of a Doubletree. The other Doubletree in North Austin cannot really compare as this one is much nicer. I would stay here again if I received the same price and value.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room decor was nice and the bed was very comfy.
The hotel did not have a complimentary breakfast.

I travel to Austin a few times a year, and I would be happy to stay here again. The decor was up to date and the hotel was very clean. I love the warm cookies when checking in.
