Amazing staff. The lot attendant, the housekeepers, even the guests were amazingly nice!
Having to pay for the Internet.

Rooms seemed recently remodeled in upscale modern fashion but still comfy.
In-room coffee, didn't have free WiFi.

My grandson loved the Gingerbread Village and train!
No complaints at all.
The hotel is clean, attractive, well-located and comfortable. The lobby was festive with the Gingerbread Village and train, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Great location and view.
I have eaten breakfast at the restaurant during a previous stay and the food was pricey and awful.
Loved the hotel and location.
