Very attractive rooms, great breakfast, easy to find, nice service.

The rooms were very attractive, the hotel service was great. The hotel had easy access to the freeway and to shopping malls,etc. Good food and friendly service. Would recommend and stay there again. Friendly maid and front desk service. Costumers very friendly at breakfast.

Front desk clerk was hardly available on the 3-11 shifts.

The hotel was very pretty, the breakfast was only moderate, the biscuits were hard, gravy dried out, and milk only lukewarm. Upon arrival at the hotel we had to wait almost 15 minutes at the front desk to get any service to check in and then were treated very poorly by the desk clerk. There were not enough pillows and blankets for our family and when we went to get them the desk clerk was again rude. The second day we were there, house keeping only made one of the beds and left the other bed unmade, and did not wipe down the surfaces in the room including the restroom. Overall it was not as bad as it sounds, but we were disappointed over several things.
