Hotel has interior corridors, elevator, business center, 2 meeting rooms, guest laundry, fitness room, sundry shop, outdoor pool, hot tub, and free full hot breakfast. Every suite has 1 king or 2 queen beds, sofa sleeper, microwave, mini-fridge, coffeemaker, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, free wireless high-speed internet, desk, ergonomic chair, and 37-inch LCD T.V. Large flat screen TV with HDMI inputs for Playstation 3.
The walls were very rough, and could scratch you if you brushed against them

We stayed in a king suite. It was very clean, and felt like NW, but it was the little extra touches that made it such a high quality hotel. For starters, it had a large (around 42 inch) wide screen LCD TV with a DVD player.

I liked the design of the room.
Hotel policies about holding credit card information for extended periods after stay.

The decoration of the hotel was appealing. The beds were my favorite feature--they were very comfortable. I slept well. However, the sofa bed was not very durable. Having a little more space would make everything perfect considering we have older childern. Cleaning crew did a great job; however, they should remember to vacuum crumbs out of sofa beds and catch crumbs under some furniture pieces. read more

Very helpful and friendly staff! I arrived to my destination 3 hours earlier than normal check-in and just called to see if I could check in. The receptionist at the front desk was very quick to say 'We have your room ready. You can check in any time you would like.' Bed was very comfortable, room was very clean, and shower was roomy. The alarm clock was ever MP3 compatible, so I was able to listen to my own music. It was a great stay. read more
