It was quiet and the bedding was very comfortable.
There were no decent restaurants nearby and the hotel restaurant has little selection.

I disliked the very noisy fountain in the lobby. Too big too loud. A total waste of energy.
This an older hotel, but has been maintained very well. Because of pricing and its central location, I prefer to stay here when I am on business or vacation. The staff has been consistently good, and pays attention to guest's needs. The breakfast has also been consistently good value for quality of food and price. As I mentioned before, they need to retire the loud fountain. It is way too big and noisy for the hotel lobby. It has to be very costly to maintain operate. No added value at all. read more

The staff and service were excellent.
Nothing to complain about.
I am surely glad, Priceline did not let me cancel because this was the perfect hotel and convenient for all my needs. The staff and service were very warm and professional. I would recommend this hotel.

The registration person was very friendly and helpful.
Room furnishings were dated and showed signs of wear.
While the hotel staff was friendly and helpful, the room wasn't the quality of a three star facility that it was rated. Furnishings, carpeting and wallpaper were old and showing wear and tear. The bed was comfortable and clean.

Location.
Cockroaches in room and hotel, unhelpful staff, theft from room by hotel staff.
The first room we checked into, had cockroaches so we had to ask to be moved. There were also dead cockroaches in the hall. The second room was acceptable, but old and rather tacky. Housekeeping did not vacuum well and the bathroom was not cleaned well. To top it off, we were there for my father's funeral and had to stay an extra night. On our final day there, we accidentally left a box of rolled coins worth $200 in the room since we were preoccupied by the upcoming funeral and the housekeeping staff stole it while we were gone. The hotel staff was not helpful and we had to ride them hard to get anything done. We filed a police report just before leaving town. The general manager of the hotel, refused to help us and told us to talk with the police if we had any questions. This hotel should be avoided at all costs! read more
