Asked to use towels, as many times as we can, Air Conditioner was hot! It was 104 outside!!!

Front office staff needs training on customer service, paying more attn to own staff than customers. Asked about air conditioner. too hot in room, said they would fix it, never did. Asked for more towels told us to use them again & hang them to dry, they did not have towels would look for some. Charge 40.00 for a roll away bed. Parking is bad.

Hotel was old, no updates, pool cloudy for 5 days

Hotel was on beach, good reason to stay. No continental breakfast nor close to restaurants for kids. Hotel is old, but clean. Not for a romantic trip. Restaurant and staff friendly for breakfast.

The bathrooms leaked in the toilet, shower, and the air conditioning unit. the moved both of us to other rooms onthe last night their.

I don't know if we will pick that Hotel again.

We enjoyed our stay, it is very kid friendly and close to the beach. The staff was friendly.

The deck on the beach and the relaxed atmosphere.
The front desk staff was very unpleasant they need to be more courteous.

My husband and I, had a very pleasant time at the hotel. We mostly appreciated the restaurant staff they were very nice and courteous. We liked them a lot.

Hotel is made for family stay; not good for couples or business travelers. Pool facilities are great, but they are crowded with people; an absolute madhouse.

The bed was very comfortable.
The front desk should inform you that you need a bracelet for the pool!

Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. However, the little things like: horrible water pressure in the bathroom and the rudeness of certain staff members when you are a guest and they tell you with a certain tone of voice that you need to have a bracelet in order to be in the pool (the front desk should automatically give you those bracelets upon check in) made the experience not so great. Overall, I would stay here again, if the hotel fixes the problems I mentioned above. read more
