Absolutely wonderful! ALL staff was very friendly & helpful. Safe & secure parking. We will make reservations again when in that area!!
Entrance was not clearly marked. No entrance from freeway.
We were absolutely impressed with the rooms (2), especially the rates. Rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. The rooms have full kitchens, including stove top, coffee pot, dishwasher, and refrigerator, and were stocked with all dished and utensils. The entire staff was very helpful over the phone before we arrived and at the hotel after our arrival.

I loved the room. It was clean, very comfortable, and beautiful. It also had all the accessories of an apartment.
The hotel was located near some very nice restaurants. The rooom was very accommodating. It had a fully equipped kitchen.

It was very spacious. It had a kitchen and everything. Full size fridge and microwave.
They were a little rude at the beginning when they checked us in.
The hotel stay overall was great. There was a little bit of confusion at the beginning of our stay. The hotel was great. The only other thing that I didn't like that the hotel did not offer any free breakfast but since they offered a full size kitchen with fridge, microwave, and two oven eyes and a sink, I over looked the breakfast. Also, the hotel was very close to the destination that we were trying to go. My husband and I would stay again if given the chance. read more

The beds and room was excellent! The staff deserves to be awarded!
Location/no walking distance of anything.
The staff was great. The beds were the most comfortable that I have ever slept in. Room very clean and had all the convenience of home. I would have brought my pet if I had known they were pet friendly. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. They deserve a raise!

All inclusive-kitchen facility-good with infant.
Non smoking room smelled terrible-smokers in it.
Difficult to find as there is not entrance off feeder road of Loop 635 in Dallas. Had to make a big circle to get back to the hotel. When I called to get directions, the staff told me she was new to Dallas and didn't know how to direct me. Did get another person who was somewhat helpful. Didn't know names of streets to turn on. Not a good experience with a 3 month old and new mother. read more

Kitchenette was nice as was the internet and DVD player in the room.
Towels were too rough and bed was harder than I like.
This is a wonderful place to stay especially the out of town business traveler who has work to bring back to the hotel and wants to be able to cook for himself.
