The staff was helpful, and check in and check out was easy and efficient.
The linens were changed very late in the day and our floor (but not our room) smelled like smoke.

The hotel was very nice, and the surrounding area was okay. The only real problems we had were the smoke smell in the hall on our floor and a bug in the bathroom one night. These were not that serious so we were happy overall. The rooms are very nice and it is very hassle-free.

Highly valuable diamond ring stolen - refused all help repeatedly by staff.

Comfort Inn Corporate said they had no security personnel, hotels were independent. Apparently the hotel staff is well acquainted with this and acts accordingly with guest possessions.

Friendly staff and clean rooms.
Poor security.

The hotel itself was adequate for my needs at the time. The security around the hotel is poor as my pickup was broken into and several items taken even though I thought I parked in a safe zone.

Absolutely no hassle, Priceline took care of the booking, and the hotel had everything ready when we got there.
Can't think of anything that did not meet my expectations.

Great service, comfortable room, good wireless, great television, and easy to find using a map or GPS. No complaints.

It served a breakfast, and of course the cleanest.
No airport shuttle. I had to hire a taxi.

I do recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a middle of the road room. It was very clean and made me feel at home. The desk people was always glad to help, they called the taxi and had it there on time.

The room was very nice, and clean, the location was good and the front office printed up directions to local restaurants, breakfast was good.
Restaurants were a bit far (4 exits up).
