The staff at the check-in was outstanding and very friendly.
Its location is away from typical routine things- shops, non-business activities.

I had read that the staff was not very friendly and service was poor. I took the hotel because omni across from it was sold out. I found it to be a great hotel, very clean, great staff all the 3-nights I was there and they even gave me baked cookies, fresh water bottles at check-in. I was impressed by how good they were even when given me rides back and forth to omni for my conference- they genuinely provided 1st-class services. God bless those fine men and women that I met there. read more

The rooms were nice and clean.
We requested adjoining rooms early, when we came back to check in they told me I should have come back earlier.

The staff was very unfriendly and did not have the can do attitude that we are used to for this chain.
