This is an ideal hotel for families. Each room is spacious and clean with two 42" TV's! The breakfast was amazing. The staff was courteous and the covered parking was free. The hotel was quiet and the security was superb.

Really liked the open entry space and atrium.
The pipes were very noisy while I tried to sleep. Made it sound haunted.
Great hotel beautiful facilities. One problem I had was that the bedside table lamp came on all by itself around two o'clock in the morning. This woke me up to the very noisy pipes in the building which sounded like someone screaming. I had a very hard time getting back to sleep after this. Other than that, the hotel was a very pleasant place to stay. The indoor pool was perfect for my daughter and I. read more

Nice rooms and decor.
The open concept made the room too noisy for my kids to sleep. People were out in the lobby late and could be heard throughout motel.
They initially put us in a smoking room with a king and a fold out bed. My son is asthmatic and we asked if we could switch to a non-smoking room and they did, which we appreciated. The breakfast was poorly set up and confusing. It was chaotic.

Large rooms, and great bedding.
Room was loud, by a service and utility area.
The hotel was great, but the room was by an employee service/utility area. We heard pipes and doors shutting all through the night.

Ease of getting from parking to room.
Bathroom door is inconvenient.
The room was clean and comfortable but a little noisy in the mornings. The breakfast was great and the dining area was convenient.

Good food at breakfast.
Half desk clerks unprofessional, construction trash in halls, buffet under-stocked, TV remote broken, parking flooded.
When we checked in the desk clerk was accompanying a screaming out of control child which made business difficult. Most of the parking in the garage was unavailable and the garage was flooded. We had no warning the hotel was involved in a major construction renovation. A bucket of trash was in the hall near our room when we checked in and the next day when we checked out. Whenever I tried to call the front desk they did not answer half the time. The remote in our room was broken, but the night clerk replaced it promptly. The breakfast buffet would have been nice if it had been stocked as it was set up to be. On the whole this place has been carelessly thrown together with no attention to quality. read more
