Hotel was in a great and safe location. Staff was very nice and friendly when needed assistance. Overall this hotel was great.

For the most part, I like this hotel. I rarely pick up the receipt when I check out. As usual, on November 29 when I checked out with an unfamiliar staff member and I trusted when she said my balance is zero and didn't have any service charges such as movies, I left without a receipt. Now there's an unauthorized charged occurred on my credit card and I had to file a dispute. This untrustworthy service will not get my recommendation. I'm deeply disappointed for the trust I've given them. read more

Dispte the hotel being empty, they gave me a room on the traffic side...then placed a young couple in the room next to mine...some common sense when assign rooms on a slow night would have helped.

Location was good since there were lot of good restaurants nearby on Beltline Rd
The Shower curtain was stained and I informed housekeeping to change it. Also the safe locker was not usable since locking system could not be reset

Good Clean Family friendly, good location and helpful staff.
