The price and the location.
The hotel staff, no clean towel service, and poor customer service all around.

I was very disappointed my the service I received while staying at this Homestead. I was talked to rudely by the night staff. Plus when we arrived on Thursday we had to wait for our room cause it wasn't ready on time by 3pm.

They were able to accommodate me and my children without any problems.
The smoking room they first had available had no ashtray and the toilet needed to be fixed.

This hotel was pretty nice. They were having some problems that day but they were making sure that the customers were taken care of in a good manner.

I got it for at very low price on Priceline.com.
Room was filthy.

The room was filthy even after I was told they were cleaning it when I was trying to check in. I had to wait 3 hours to check in because of this & when I finally got to the room, it looked like all they did was make the bed & added some fresh towels.

Unclean, smelled.

I have stayed with Homestead and Extended Stay hotels in the past and was very surprised at the low quality of this one. The upholstered chair was stained and was wet! I was afraid to ask what it was wet from, the closet door was off the rolling track, there was mold in the bathroom (on shower curtain and on the wall tile grouting), the dishes in the cabinet were dirty (lipstick on the cups!). read more

The bed was stained, the towels were stained and I had to change sheets when
I got there.

This hotel had people hanging out drinking, women in short clothes out at 10pm. The bed was stained, towels nasty and toliet was dirty.
